Cancellations

Minimum 4 hours is required for cancellations. Any cancellations made after this time may incur a 50% cancellation fee on your booked appointment. 

If you need to cancel within the 4 hour period, please send me a message as I will need to do this manually. 

You can book, re schedule and cancel appointments all through the book now link via your fresha login. 

 

Retail products

Please choose carefully as we will not refund retail products. If you are unsure of what products may be best suited to you please send me a message via the contact me link and I can help guide you. 

 

Spray Tan

There is no refund for spray tans. Please refer to the spray tan guidelines for pre and post spray tan care. 

Appointments

Please arrive on time for your booked appointment. Please note that in salon services are by appointment only, so please no walk ins. Please contact me via the contact link if you need to pop in to pick up any products or orders. 

Please ensure when booking your appointment that you book in for all services required. This is purely to ensure I have enough time to complete your service and avoids any double bookings. 

Your appointment cost will be confirmed before we start your service. 

Payment

I now offer multiple payment methods including interest free repayments, via Laybuy , bank transfer and cash. All accounts are to be settled at time of appointment unless prior arrangement made.
